Intellectual Property Contracts
IP rights can be one of the most valuable business assets. As a result, protecting your intellectual property is essential.
The term covers patents, trade marks, copyright, designs and confidential information, whilst some areas need to be formally registered to be protected, other rights exist automatically.
Our solicitors will work with you to identify risks and opportunities associated with your intellectual property, creating a plan to effectively manage risks and take advantage of opportunities and swiftly resolve any problems related to the exploitation and infringement of your intellectual property.
