Terhi is a committee member of the East Midlands Branch of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM) and also represents the firm in the League International for Creditors (LIC), a global network of credit and legal professionals.
Terhi also advises and represents landlords and letting agents in relation to the recovery of rent arrears and possession proceedings.
Our debt recovery team is supported by commercial litigation specialists Richard Hammond and Richard Bates, who handle disputed or complex claims professionally and efficiently and can also advise on business debt recovery, commercial debts and prospects of recovery.
