Paralegal
Abagail Clarke is a paralegal in Rotheras’ Dispute Resolution department and is based at our Lace Market office.
Abagail supports the dispute resolution team by dealing with new client enquiries and assisting the department solicitors and fee earners with a variety of tasks on behalf of their clients and does this in a professional and diligent manner. It is important to Abagail to be able to establish a rapport with our clients, make them feel comfortable and to build trust and so she is committed to maintaining a friendly, relaxed and jargon-less approach.
Through her professional experience and career, Abagail has had the opportunity to complete a variety of tasks in both the private and legal aid sectors such as legal research, drafting advice and legal documents, instructing experts, interviewing clients and legal aid billing.
Abagail completed her undergraduate law degree in 2016 and will be graduating with her LPC and Masters in December 2021. Her career goal is to qualify into the profession as a solicitor.
