Elisabeth has been a member of the Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel since its inception and is also a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
Elisabeth has been involved in multi million pound settlements involving the Court of Protection and court approval. When a client has suffered life changing injuries she will assist them and their families through the process with sympathy and dedication.
In addition Elisabeth trained as a mediator several years ago and has wide experience in mediating between neighbours, where there has been anti-social behaviour and in employment situations.
She will travel widely to offer mediation services. In appropriate cases she will provide mediations jointly with colleague Rebecca Emeleus and this has proven benefits and often results in a successful outcome.
