Ellie Robinson is a Senior Paralegal in the residential conveyancing department at Rotheras and is based at our West Bridgford office.

Approach

Ellie Robinson joined Rotheras in July 2018 and is a Senior Paralegal in the residential conveyancing department.

As part of the Conveyancing team Ellie helps advise clients on the buying and selling process, liaises with mortgage lenders, estate agents and solicitors and deals with post completion matters including stamp duty and land registry applications. She also acts as an assistant to Michelle Young on conveyancing matters.

Outside of work, Ellie likes to compete in both crossfit and cheerleading.

No-fault divorce law coming in April 2022

Seeking to put an end to the ‘blame game’, the long awaited ‘no fault’ divorce legislation was given Royal assent and became an Act of Parliament on 25th June 2020. Despite this it is not expected to be implemented until 6th April 2022.
