Holly Setchfield


Holly is a paralegal who assists Head of Department Michelle Young and Kerry Brown at the West Bridgford office.


Holly also helps to advise clients on all parts of the conveyancing process, such as sales, purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, liaising with mortgage lenders, estate agents and solicitors. She also deals with pre and post-completion matters, including stamp duty and land registry applications.

Career Highlights

  • Holly joined Rotheras as a paralegal in September 2019 having previously worked at a smaller firm in Nottingham and one other firm based in Northampshire.
  • Holly obtained her Law Degree LLB from Nottingham Trent University in 2018 and is currently studying the LPC at NTU part time hoping to secure a training contract shortly.
