Joanne Derbyshire is a Trainee Solicitor currently in the Personal Injury department.


In the Personal Injury department Joanne assists the team with client enquiries, including arranging and attending meetings with clients, organising and sending initial client packs and keeping clients updated with any progress on their case.

Career Highlights

  • Joanne has previously worked at JK Law in Derby as a trainee paralegal in their Personal Injury (RTA) department for 6 months in 2018
  • Started as a receptionist/administrator role with Rotheras in September 2018, based at the Beeston branch
  • From there she began working as a Legal Secretary in the Family Law department in November 2018 and later as a Family Law Assistant in March 2019
  •  Joanne started her Training Contract with us in September 2019 and is due to complete her training contract in September 2021
