By adopting a personal, approachable and understandable service for clients, Laura aims to make the conveyancing process as efficient and stress-free as possible, using her professional experience to drive the process forward smoothly from start to finish.

Laura has over 17 years’ experience in the legal profession and in her role as a licensed conveyancer her expertise includes acting for both purchasers and sellers of all types of properties, including freehold and leasehold properties, new build properties and buy to let investments.

Other experience includes acting for purchasers with the aid of Help to Buy, by way of either a Help to Buy loan or ISA. She has similar experience redeeming Help to Buy loans.

Laura is happy to assist you with every step of the conveyancing process and keep you up to date on the progress of your transaction throughout.

  • Joined Simpson Jones Solicitors in 2010 to 2013 and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer during this time

  • Joined the Residential Conveyancing department at Rotheras Solicitors in 2021
