Lucy Walker is a residential conveyancing associate and is based at Rotheras Mapperley office.


Lucy can provide expert legal advice on a wide range of matters when you’re moving house and home, including buying and selling, transfers and remortgages, freehold and leasehold, unregistered land, right to buy, help to buy and auction properties. Lucy has particular experience with helping first time buyers and can provide them with the extra support and reassurance needed to navigate the property ladder.

Lucy has over 6 years’ experience working in residential conveyancing.

Career Highlights

  • Lucy qualified as a solicitor in September 2013 and has worked in firms across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire as a paralegal and then a solicitor
  • Lucy has also previously mentored law students at Nottingham Trent University, offering them guidance on their LPC, gaining experience at firms and applying for training contracts.
  • Joined Rotheras as an Associate Solcitor in 2019
