As part of the Wills and Probate team Michelle assists with the creation of new Wills, the preparation and registration of Powers of Attorney, Deputyship applications and the administration of estates.

Career Highlights

  • Michelle joined the firm Young and Pearce in 2004 prior to its subsequent mergers with Sharp and Partners in 2012 to form Sharp Young and Pearce and the merger between Sharp Young and Pearce and Rothera Dowson in 2016 to become Rothera Sharp
  • Since 2004 Michelle worked in Wills and Probate as a legal secretary
  • Michelle assisted Associate Rebecca Green since 2013 and moved to the firm’s Long Eaton branch three years ago, where they have an established client base
