Victoria Dodge

Vicki takes on a wide range of personal injury cases including road traffic accidents, slips, trips and falls and accidents at work.

Vicki’s main aim is to help those who are injured through someone else’s negligence get the assistance and support they need to get back to some form of normality as soon as they possibly can. This can include the provision of rehabilitative treatments, the reimbursement of financial losses such as lost earnings and compensation for the actual injuries suffered.

Where necessary Vicki will visit a client in their home as she appreciates it is not always easy to get into town when you’re not feeling at your best physically.

Vicki can also advise where a person has suffered an injury as a result of a negligent beauty therapist or hairdresser.

Along with being based predominantly at the Lace Market office, Vicki regularly visits a local advice centre to advise its visitors and where appropriate help them to seek further assistance.

“Vicki acted in a very professional and friendly manner and I felt completely at ease. She guided me through the legal process providing excellent advice and guidance. Vicki also negotiated on my behalf resulting in a fair and reasonable settlement without the need to go court. For anybody who is considering a claim I would not hesitate to highly recommend Rotheras to act on their behalf: Thoroughly professional, providing that human touch and very, very competent. ”

“Huge thanks to Vicki Dodge who dealt with an accident claim for me. She was kind and compassionate yet professional from the start to the finish which took some 16 months. Not once did Vicki rush to get us a result but continued to pursue the matter until she felt we had the best result possible. Vicki kept me informed at every stage and was always available to discuss issues as they arose. Would certainly recommend Vicki and Rothera Sharp to family and friends. Thank you Vicki. ”
