Who are we?
The Commercial Property team has a wealth of expertise in helping clients with a wide breadth of commercial property requirements. The team has an excellent reputation in the East Midlands and beyond and is proud of its dedicated approach for its clients.
You will be joining a close -knit team and undertaking a varied case load , while maintaining and developing relationships with other professional organisations who work closely with our commercial and personal teams.
What are we looking for in a Commercial Property Solicitor at Rotheras?
You must be able to demonstrate experience working on a wide range of commercial and associated residential matters and be 5+ PQE qualified.
The successful candidate must demonstrate knowledge in the following areas:
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Residential development site acquisition and set up.
- Commercial leases
Skills and attributes
- Excellent client care and relationship building skills
- Exceptional written and spoken communication skills
- Self-motivated with a keen interest in self-development in your own area(s) of expertise
- Strong IT skills with experience of using Microsoft Office 365
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Practical and commercial approach
